1. Shipping option available only in India. For shipping outside India, please write to us at mail@craftcanvas.com

2. We ship our orders through DTDC, Professional Couriers or India Post. So you can track your order on their website. The details will be provided over e-mail once the package is shipped.

3. We ship out most orders (other than customized orders) within 7 working days of placing the order. Order transit time is dependent on the logistics partner.

4. For customized orders, we’ll let you know the shipping time while you place the order.

5. We follow some basic rules for shipping costs.
• For orders below Rs. 1,000, shipping cost is Rs. 100
• For orders above Rs. 1,000, shipping is free

6. RETURN & REFUND: We work directly with craftspeople and take great care in the curation of each product. We hope that you share this philosophy and return a product only if it is damaged in transit. Please email a photograph to mail@craftcanvas.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will contact you right away. We will facilitate the return of the product and will offer a credit note for the full amount within 2 weeks.

7. We do not have a ‘cash on delivery’ option for now. We’ll keep you updated on the same.
